Hervé Léger offers complimentary returns on all full-price items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original condition with all security tags and packaging intact. Please note that high-fashion pieces must be unworn and unaltered to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original designer box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home collection through our concierge service.
